摘　要: 本文主要介紹臺達機電產品在數控多晶硅切斷機床上的整合應用。該控制系統結　　合臺達HMI、PLC、和伺服及變頻器等自動化產品，操作界面友好簡單，實現了設備的技術升級與高效節能，體現出臺達自動化產品較高的性價比，系統運行證明：臺達產品穩定可靠，控制效率高，值得業界同行借鑒和推廣。

　　Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the integrated application of Delta electromechanical products in numerical control polysilicon cutting machine.The control system realizes the equipement’s technology upgrade and high efficiency energy saving based on Delta HMI、PLC、servo and tranducer etc.. The operation interface looks friendly and easy. The application shows the high performance price ratio of Delta automation products.The operation practice proves that Delta products can work with good performance and stability and easy operation , so it’s worth being widely spread.
